The pdf is Maggie Nelson’s The Argonauts, but all of the copies I have found are just bad conversions of an epub file that don’t have the proper formatting for the marginalia in the print version (example jpg below), so I was just going to scan my copy when I get back to Berlin.

I’ve created a dropbox folder that will contain low res versions of all of the photos from my phone taken during the time I was reading this book last year. (This folder is empty for now as I have to populate it with pics from my hard drive in Berlin later this week, but should be updated by this weekend). The sd card for the digital picture frame should be loaded with as many of these images as will fit.

The digital picture frame and unbound, single-side printed pdf should be placed at the head of the picnic blanket, side by side, like two pillows. The pdf would ideally be printed single sided on periwinkle blue paper (paperweight doesn’t matter). The blanket should be loosely spread on the ground, edges should be rumpled, blanket corners can bunch and be folded over.
