Ok below is my text. Pretty classic, but one I think about constantly.

My “set-up” under $20 —
Desk fan:
Goldfish (just one live goldfish that is donated to a local school or something afterward)
Fishbowl :
If you have a small towel, wrap it around the bowl too
Attached is the picture for the set-up (sorry its oriented side ways !)
the water should be filled at half way to create as much surface area as possible.
Fan can be stacked on whatever so that it is positioned such that air blows over the top of the fish bowl.
The text – just next to it is fine
Title of the piece is ” Milk Care “
—
An explanation :
When my fish went belly up from constipation (their digestive track is directly connected to their buoyancy and balance), I had to pour half of the water from the fish bowl out to eliminate the pressure that had him upside down. And I had to point a fan towards him so that he had enough oxygen from as much water surface area as possible. The towel was used to keep from disturbing the fish – the dark from the towel kept him calm after the trauma of going belly up. I’m obsessed with this piece these days .
I think I got this remedy from Home goldfish emergency
